Happy Hour Yoga – Tuesday August 2
Recharge and reconnect during this hour long private yoga class with live cello and violin accompaniment. The class will be held in the beautiful south end Woodmeister event space. After class enjoy fresh juices, namaste beer, sparkling wine and healthy snacks while you network with your industry friends. Come relax, recharge and reconnect!
Instructor: Elizabeth Brown
For more than ten years, Elizabeth has been teaching yoga and meditation nationally in San Francisco and Cambridge, as well as internationally in Asia, South America, and Africa. Elizabeth has studied with Dr. Douglas Brooks, one of the world’s leading scholars of Rajanaka Yoga for over seven years, she is currently a yoga teacher at Karma Newbury, Karma Harvard Square and the Harvard Design School.
Music: Violin and Cello
Bebe Kim is a Violinist, Pianist, and Film Composer. Born in Changwon, South Korea, Bebe started playing the violin at the age of 4. As a performance major at Berklee, she learned to play in many styles other than classical such as jazz, latin, funk, and fusion. Some notable faculty she studied with include Rebecca Cline, Darol Anger, Julianne Lee (Boston Symphony), Rob Thomas, George Clinton, Richard Davis, Bill Elliot, Isaiah Jackson (World renowned conductor), Eric Stern (Veteran Broadway Musical Director), and Enrique Gonzalez Muller (Latin Grammy Winner). Bebe will be accompanied a Berklee Graduate Student Cellist.

Immediately following class we will enjoy fresh pressed juices, sparkling wine and namaste beer paired with healthy snacks with continuous live music.
Beginner and advanced yogis welcome. Class is limited to 20 people and advanced registration is required.
